Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can, use it only to make and deliver your order or to message you when you asked us to, and never sell it. This policy follows the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who is responsible

We never collect card details. Card payments, when offered, go directly to Paystack.
Messages about new designs
We only send you updates about new designs if you asked to join the list, by messaging us to be added. You can leave at any time by replying STOP, and we will stop and delete your number from the list. Order messages (confirmations, delivery updates) are part of your order and are not marketing.
Under 18
If you are under 18, POPIA requires your parent or guardian's consent before we use your details. We ask for it before confirming an order or adding you to the list.
Who we share it with
- The courier, your name, number and address, only to deliver your order.
- Paystack, if you pay by card. Their own privacy policy applies.
- The family member who holds our Paystack account, only if you pay by card: they see your name and the amount, to match payments to orders.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
This website
The site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means those services see your IP address when you visit, as with any website.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for financial records (up to 5 years), then deleted. List members are kept until you reply STOP. Everything else is deleted once your order is complete.
Keeping it safe
Your details are kept on a password-protected phone and accounts that only we can access, and are never posted or shared publicly.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. Message us and we will respond within 7 days. If you're unhappy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
